Youth Work Experience Program
This program is for youth that have successfully completed an addiction treatment program and are in good recovery. Successful applicants will enter the Work Experience Program at our existing facility. This program provides valuable work experience that also allows our clients to focus on recovery and receive support when needed. The Reach staff assists clients with budgeting, relapse prevention, coping and refusal skills and other life skills training, while also providing opportunities to develop skills related to employability. This in turn increases motivation to maintain sobriety and develops feelings of accomplishment and self-worth for youth that may not be receiving such support elsewhere.
