This program is for youth that have successfully completed an addiction treatment program and are in good recovery. Successful applicants will enter the Work Experience Program at our existing facility. Experience Program (WEP), will provide supervised employment opportunities to recovering youth, and will provide them with transferable work and life skills that will assist them in their future career choices, while building their confidence and self-esteem. The WEP will provide participants with structured work days and daily living skills through business streams that eventually will ensure fiscal sustainability. This in turn increases motivation to maintain sobriety and develops feelings of accomplishment and self-worth for youth that may not be receiving such support elsewhere.
